We give a full 2 year guarantee on our Vegan Star devices.

Further guarantee conditions
The guarantee applies to all material and processing defects and is based on the manufacturer’s choice of replacement, repair or reimbursement. It does not include the replacement of consequential damage, does not apply in the event of loss or natural wear and tear or damage that is based on improper use or inadequate or improper care. The guarantee applies throughout Europe for devices that are intended for European delivery.

Of course, in the event of a defect, you always retain your statutory warranty rights, which you can assert against us regardless of the guarantee and which are not restricted by the guarantee.

Please note that we need the proof of purchase / invoice in order to enforce the guarantee.

Warranty processing
Of course, we carry out repairs within the warranty period completely free of charge.

However, before you send the device to us, we would ask you to give us a short e-mail or call.
It could be a minor thing or an operator error, something we can easily resolve.
This saves your device unnecessary transport loads.

If a return is necessary, please pack the device in the original box or, if possible, in a sufficiently strong box with sufficient protection.

Please also enclose information about the problem to be resolved and give us your telephone number so that we can contact you if necessary.
