Chia pudding

The perfect dessert or just a tasty snack in between? Regardless of how you enjoy this chia pudding, the preparation is really easy and it tastes sooo good!


  • 50 gram chia seeds
  • 250 ml Plant drink (best homemade with your Vegan Star active)
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup (or any other sweetener of your choice)
  • optional: cinnamon or vanilla powder
  • Topping: Fruit, nuts & seeds


For the chia pudding base, simply mix the chia seeds with the plant drink and the maple syrup. If you want, you can also add spices such as cinnamon or vanilla powder. Then fill the mixture into small bowls or bowls and leave them in the refrigerator for several hours – preferably overnight.

If you want to eat your chia pudding, decorate it with fruit, nuts or seeds of your choice.

Our tip: Berries with almonds or apples with cashew nuts can be combined very well as a topping.
